Description

A good quality foie gras en bloc prepared by Castaing foie gras specialists in the Landes region of South West France – these larger presentations are aimed at Christmas and serve 8/10.

Best served cool, finely sliced, on some lightly toasted bread with a sauternes wine jelly.

3 years life room temperature if not open.
