An outstanding duck foie gras mi cuit seasoned with Jurançon wine.

Our Tasting Notes: the harmony between foie gras and sweet white wine is perfectly achieved and this is one of the better foie gras we have tasted – delicious, good depth of flavour, very rounded finish with melt in the mouth texture.

Store chilled 8 months, but if frozen, can be stored well over a year.

Duck foie gras, jurancon wine (2%), salt, pepper, anioxydant (sodium ascorbate).

Cooking Preparation Tips

Take your foie gras out of the fridge 35 minutes prior to serving.

Enjoy on finely sliced and ligtly toasted bread or pain d’epices together with a sauternes wine jelly or fig chutney.

Traditionally foie gras is enjoyed with sweet wines, notably Sauternes, but increasingly the trend is simply to enjoy it with a wine you enjoy!
