Tender pieces of duck cooked in a rich and flavoursome morello cherry sauce, which is not overly sweet.
Makes a superb meal for three (two if you are a very hearty eater) worthy of a very good French meal out.
If you are looking for a side dish then a puree of swede goes very nicely.
