A high quality semi – fresh duck foie gras mi – cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg.
These semi fresh “mi cuit” have a slightly fuller flavour than the fully preserved foie gras, which some connoisseurs prefer.
Overall, the taste and texture are just wonderful and to quote one of our customers “the gastronomic experience was incredible!”
If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it cool (remove from fridge 8 minutes prior to serving) on some finely sliced good quality white bread (toasted or untoasted), a few salt crystals/ fresh or dried figs or a chutney/ wine jelly of your choice.

Store in a fridge at 0-4c. Once open store in a fridge and consume within two days.
