A very enjoyable meal for confit enthusiasts! Duck confit served with Sarladaise style potatoes (sliced potatoes cooked in duck fat seasoned with larding bacon, garlic and parsley).
To enjoy this dish at it’s best, pour the contents of the tin into a saucepan, putting the duck skin face down so that it browns. Warm gently for 20 minutes, regularly turning the potatoes so that they become golden brown all over. Then turn your confit over and cook for a further 5 minutes. Et voila!

Can be stored in a cupboard for 2 years. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
