An essential ingredient for making arroz negro using our Bomba rice or cuttlefish ink risotto with Calasparra rice – please note this is an ingredient to be added to recipes and not an end product in itself as the flavour would be overpowering!
Ideal for single use, creating a dramatic visual impact and adding a rich, savoury flavour.
Perfect with rice because it is absorbed into the grains, giving them a deep black colour, but also for making your own pasta or baking.
Cuttlefish ink (40%) (MOLLUSC), water, salt and thickener (Sodium carboxymethylcellulose). May also contain traces of FISH, CRUSTACEANS, MILK and CELERY.
Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 20 days.
