Our Italian let us down and we thought this was a red pepper bruschetta topping … only to find out it was a chilli cream … which almost blue the top of our mouth of! “My goodness” sums it up!
Very good … and very spicy!
How to use it? Well as a bruschetta topping it is too spicy … so we would recommend stirring a little into pasta sauce, adding a hint to pizza topping, to add the required heat factor. Beyond any heat, the actual flavour is very good and it is a speciality we plan to keep in the range, but handle with caution!
We also feel these 90g jars are large enough to go some way, without remaining in your fridge for months on end.
