A superb pasta from Liguria which works particularly well with pesto but any sauce of your choice.
We really liked these when we tried them and they come highly recommended by the GFN tasting staff!
These artisanal pasta are made following traditional (non industrial) techniques with quality durum wheat – and the result is plain to the taste – these are considerably better than even the best supermarket pastas.
Cook in plenty of lightly salted water for 12 minutes/ serve with fresh pesto, a drizzle of olive oil and grated parmesan.
