A real delicacy (served on toast) and one of the best tinned fish/ seafood specialities we have tried – we would call it foie gras of the sea!
Lightly smoked cods liver in oil. The flavour is very delicate. The oil in each tin comes from the cod liver itself, is flavoursome and can be drizzled over the cod liver.
To enjoy, drain the excess fat, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional) and enjoy with a side salad and some finely sliced, lightly toasted rye bread. Really excellent!
The cod come from wild & sustainably fished cod off the Coast of Iceland.
Naturally high in Omega 3 oils, Vitamin A & Vitamin D.
