A flavoursome French chicken liver pate reinforced with Armagnac.
Makes a delicious starter for two enjoyed on some crusty French bread with a nice glass of red wine.
Other suggestions would include using this in picnics as it goes well with baguette bread or serve on canapés (one jar would serve 20 canapés).
