As more and more of our French specialities are prepared for us by Castaing, we felt it best to regroup this range and introduce it so that you can discover almost 50 outstanding French fine foods from South West France.

Castaing were founded in 1925 and specialise in high quality duck and goose specialities – notably foie gras, but also confit and regional specialities from South West France such as stocks, sauces, duck with orange, and more!

They combine French fine foods of outstanding taste with superb presentations and exude quality.
