Description

A high quality duck foie gras en bloc mi – cuit prepared by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg which can also be used for searing and pan frying.

If you want to enjoy foie gras at it’s very best, we recommend enjoying it on some French pain d’epices with a little Sauternes wine jelly.

If cooking with this, it’s best using it very cold (so that it does not melt too fast) and then sear each side 10-15 seconds and serve.
