A fine tasting duck foie gras characterized by it’s delicate flavour and smooth texture – two years life minimum and can be ordered for Christmas.

Makes a delicious starter for five for special occasions such as Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Prepared by Castaing in the Landes, who are one of France’s most reputed foie gras producers and supply La Grande Epicerie in Paris, the French equivalent to Harrods Foodhalls.
