A very high quality goose cassoulet prepared for us by Castaing in the Landes region of South West France … and the best goose cassoulet in our range.
Like everything Castaing do, the quality, flavour, appeareance and aroma of this dish are all excellent! Simply warm up gently in a saucepan to create a delicious and generous French meal for two.
Cassoulet does not require side dishes and can be eaten either on it’s own or with a side green salad.
GFN verdict? Very much a premium cassoulet and excellent.
