Description

A great offer if you enjoy our Caspian House Selection Caviar! 3 tins of 50g (so 150g of caviar) at £125, which offers you a £10 saving on the 3 tins. Our current House Selection batch are 14/05/2023 dated giving you time to enjoy these!

Our House Selection Caviar is pure Baerii caviar. The eggs are similar in size to our Oscietra, but darker in colour, some verging towards black. The caviar is lightly salted and has a mild, clean taste. It is surprisingly complex, with flavours of the sea sprinkled with citrus undertones. Best of all, at this price, you can have lots of it!

Our House selection comes from our main caviar supplier in northern Italy and is pure Siberian (Baerii) sturgeon caviar.

Caviar Storage:

Please note that all caviar products should be refrigerated upon receipt. Once opened, consume within 48 hours. Caviar can be stored in a domestic fridge from -2c to +4c (the colder and closer to 0c the better!) 4 weeks and more. When storing caviar in your fridge, it is important to store it at the back of the fridge on the bottom shelf where it is coolest and temperature does not fluctuate.
