A delicious canard a l’Orange (duck fillet in orange sauce) prepared by Castaing in the Landes region.
The flavour of this dish is simply superb (like everything Castaing make!) – simply warm up gently in a saucepan and goes well with a side of mashed potato or rice to absorb the delicious sauce.
One jar serves two generously and is on par with a good meal out.
