The truffles are layered “en millefeuille” so that the flavour permeates through the whole foie gras.

Cooking Preparation Tips

This outstanding foie gras is best served cool on brioche or lightly toasted bread. No chutney needed as it’s the flavour of the truffle you want to enjoy!

If in want of a wine, a Sauternes, Montbazillac or other sweet wine will go well. Or even a red of your liking!
