The flavour of these foie gras is outstanding and they were awarded Gold Medal at The Great Taste Awards at their launch.

Freshly prepared by hand following a traditional French family recipe and using the best quality lobes to produce the ultimate smooth delicacy with a rounded and delicate flavour.

Cooking Preparation Tips

Serve on thinly – sliced toasted bread or brioche with fig chutney and a dressed salad for a sublime starter.

Take your foie gras out of it’s packaging 10 minutes before serving, place it on a plate, and put back into a fridge until 1 minute prior to consumption.
