An excellent Gazpacho (Gold Medal at The Great Taste Awards) and particularly enjoyable with the warm and longer days!
Gazpacho is probably the most familiar and iconic Andalucian recipe.
Using ripe, flavoursome tomatoes along with cucumber, onion, peppers, olive oil and sherry vinegar, the soup is fresh and vibrant with a depth of flavour and a refreshing, balanced acidity which makes it perfect for a hot summer’s day.
Suitable for home freezing.
Tomatoes (82%), cucumber (7%), extra virgin olive oil (3%), onion, green pepper (1.5%), red pepper (1.5%), sherry vinegar, garlic, salt and lemon juice
Keep refrigerated below 5°C and consume within 5 days once opened. Suitable for home freezing. Decant the Gazpacho into freezable container and then freeze it < -18°C for up to 12 months. Once defrosted, shake and blend it to regain its original texture.
