If searing this foie gras, heat a non stick frying pan until hot then kiss both sides of your foie gras (5 seconds each side) and season with salt and pepper.
If enjoyed as a starter without heating, we advise you to serve it cool and enjoy it on lightly toasted bread with a sweet fig chutney and Sauternes wine.
