Another very enjoyable tinned fish speciality by La Belle Iloise – in fact it’s really enjoyable!
Pieces of mackerel seasoned in a tomato and herb sauce. The overall flavour and balance of taste is perfect – the first flavour to hit you is the mackerel, then tomato, and then the herb seasoning.
Works well on some finely sliced lightly toasted bread with a side green salad.
Mackerel fillets 50%, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes 9,5%, onions, white wine (sulfites), spirit vinegar, manioc flour, tomato flour, herbs (2,1%), salt, sugar, spices.
Storage:
Store in a cupboard. Once open store in a fridge and consume within 3 days.
