Castaing are a small company who focus on preparing very high quality French fine foods (mainly duck based specialities such as pates and terrines as well as duck confit) and are reputed France wide for their excellence.

They supply La Grande Epicerie, the Parisian equivalent to our Harrods or Fortnums, and not without reason.

Our own comments are that whatever Castaing prepare is delicious! Ideal for entertaining, special occasions and gourmet gifts. A highly recommended range.
