Delivery Time: 2-3 working days excludes weekends and bank holidays (a fairly accurate delivery date is indicated top left of the website) – please allow an extra day for Highlands & Islands.
Free Delivery for orders over £50 (£7.75 under £50) for mainland UK addresses – this covers costs of packaging material/ courier delivery cost including fuel surcharges/ staff packing time.
For Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scilly Islands – delivery charge is free over £100 and £9.95 under this. This reflects the much higher cost sending to these areas.
- Personalize Your Delivery – When we send your order, our Courier (DPD) will contact you by email with a delivery date and time slot – you can then personalize your delivery options by adding delivery instructions/ including a ‘collect in store’ option.
- If you are away from home during the week – we can send to your work address.
No registration required! Just add products to your basket and checkout. You have the option to create an account at checkout. Creating an account gives you access to your previous orders and your details will be remembered for future purchases. Note: Guest Checkout is available if you would rather not create an account.

We are a Trustwave approved secure e-commerce website and do not store card details. All card details are placed on the third party payment provider you choose at checkout: either SagePay or PayPal.

Should you not be happy with the condition a product has arrived in or you have received the wrong product, let us know and we will either send out a replacement or refund this item.

The filler we use in most orders, which can look like polystyrene is called “Eco flow” and fully biodegradable if you sprinkle it with water.
